By teaching teamwork, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field, we strive to break cycles of disadvantage and empower young people to become not only hearers, but doers—ready to lead lives of purpose, faith, and resilience.

The NOAH Partnership

The NOAH Partnership—Not Only A Hearer—is a movement committed to developing youth into active doers, leaders, and change makers. Inspired by the principle that hearing truth is not enough, NOAH calls individuals to act on what they’ve learned, to lead with purpose, and to build stronger communities through mentorship, education, and service. At the heart of the NOAH Partnership is the belief that real transformation comes when values meet action.

Men of Character and Spiritual Stability: NOAH begins with the example set by men of good character—those grounded in faith, humility, and community service. Their spiritual and moral strength sets the tone for integrity, consistency, and responsibility in leadership. These mentors model what it means to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.

Partnership with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Sororities: In collaboration with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., NOAH is proud to align with their historic Guide Right and Kappa League programs—empowering young men through structured mentorship, leadership training, and academic support. Together with the support of partnering sororities, NOAH ensures both young men and women receive guidance and opportunities from dedicated leaders who understand the power of unity and representation.

Engagement with Government Leaders: NOAH recognizes the importance of preparing the next generation for civic responsibility. By partnering with local, state, and national leaders, the program creates opportunities for students to learn directly from public servants, explore pathways in leadership, and understand the role they play in shaping their communities.

Education and Career Readiness: NOAH actively reaches out to colleges, universities, and technical institutions to connect youth with academic, vocational, and scholarship resources. Whether a student dreams of higher education or entering a trade, NOAH provides the tools and guidance to help them succeed with purpose and direction.
